What counts as a small update?
Examples include correcting contact details, replacing an image, adjusting existing text or updating a link. The time available depends on your plan. Share the change first if you are unsure whether it fits.
What is quoted separately?
Unused update time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, custom development and third party subscriptions are quoted separately. Domain registration, hosting plans and external tools are distinct from the time included in Website Care.
Is monthly care required?
No. Website Care is optional. If you prefer to manage the website yourself, discuss the setup and handover you need before launch. If you want ongoing help, ask about website care.
